Many professional, Christian seafarers would like to serve with OM Ships International but are unable to raise sufficient support to come and are dependent on an income to financially support their families.

The aim of the Seafarer's Fund is to sponsor qualified seafarers. As well as serving in their professional capacity, participants will be involved in the OM Ships training programme. They will benefit from Bible teaching, leadership development and evangelistic skills training in preparation for future ministry opportunities on commercial vessels with the aim of planting churches.
